Terms of use

Before starting any route, each and every participant must read and accept the following conditions of use, which they must sign before starting the activity:

 

All quad drivers must be over 18 and have a B driver's license and deposit a deposit. Accompanying persons must be at least 7 years old and be accompanied by their parents or guardians, if they are minors.

 

In the event of an accident, if the reason lies in the breach of any of the rules detailed below, the company QuadsPallars will not be responsible for the damage that the participant has caused to the material of the 'company, the environment, third parties or himself.

The QuadsPallars company reserves the right to withhold the bond until the damages are assessed, if the value exceeds the amount of the bond the difference in value will be claimed

 

In order to carry out this activity, the participants must first have paid the total cost, leave the bond and sign in accordance with everything established in this document.

The QuadsPallars company has the necessary insurance to be able to carry out this activity. These insurances will only respond when the instructions given in this document have been followed.

The participant must be clear that the contracted activity is not a race, but a guided route. The company reserves the right to modify the course of the route if it does not suit the level of the participants or if any of its sections are not in good conditions for the development of the activity.

The time indicated on each route is approximate and includes the initial explanations and some stops to contemplate the landscape, have a bite to eat, take photographs, etc.

This activity is classified as an adventure sports activity. As such, it entails a risk derived from the fact that each participant drives an individual vehicle and its operation depends only on himself.

Drivers are obliged to drive as carefully as possible and to scrupulously follow the instructions given by the guide at all times.

Failure to respect the previous rule may result in the immediate termination of the contracted activity without this implying the return of the money to any of the participants.

Before starting the excursion, the guide will give an extensive explanation of what the quad controls are and how to use them. The excursion will not start until all its participants are clear about these concepts.

The guide will establish an order of circulation according to the level of adaptation of the participants to the quad bike. This order will serve to facilitate movement in groups and for them to go at the pace of the participant who demonstrates the most adaptation difficulties. This order is totally unalterable.

Participants must at all times respect the environment in which the activity takes place.

It is not permitted to drive on alternative routes to those indicated in the activity guide, to climb the vehicle on the sides of the road, or to damage the surroundings. It is also completely forbidden to drive at a speed higher than the maximum safety speed established by the guide or to perform maneuvers that could endanger the participants.

It is also essential to maintain the safety distance recommended by the guide.

 

Cancel a reservation:

The maximum deadline for canceling a reservation and recovering the payment will be 10 days before the activity.
